Dashboards

Advali Data Studio is synchronised with your Xero account and receives hourly data updates for the dashboards listed below. This web application has been developed utilising Xero, and a number of Google products for the purpose of facilitating a secure and convenient financial summary of your business.

Accounting Dashboards


Summary

The Executive Summary dashboard provides summarised financial information of cash movements, income and profitability. This dashboard summarises the financial information for the current month to date to see how your month is tracking, and provides summarised financial analysis of last month with the prior month comparative and percentage movement.


Performance

The Financial Performance dashboard provides profit summaries for the current month, last month, last quarter and current year profit. Current year profit is calculated for the 12 months ended last month. Overheads includes director fees, dividend payments (for companies) and trust distributions (for trusts). Click the 'plus type' / 'minus type' button to open and close the detailed view of the accounts.


Quarterly Performance

The Quarterly Performance dashboard provides quarterly profit summaries with comparatives.


Cash Flow

The Cash Flow dashboard provides a historical cash at bank chart, and a cash flow chart and a cash flow table for the past 12 months.


Budget

The Budget dashboard provides analysis of your actual income and expenses compared to your budgeted income and expenses. For this dashboard to work you must first complete your projections using Xero's simple budget manager tool which enables Xero users to establish projections for 24 months in approximately 30 minutes. We highly recommend you take the time to prepare a budget as this dashboard keeps you informed about how your month is tracking against your projections and whether you are achieving your financial goals.

Business Dashboards


Customers

The Customers dashboard summarises your customer sales for the current financial year to date. This includes customer invoice totals, amounts due, customer average days to pay, top 5 debtors, and average accounts receivable days.


Suppliers

The Suppliers dashboard summarises your supplier purchases for the current financial year to date. This includes supplier bill totals, amounts due, supplier average days to pay, top 5 creditors, and average accounts receivable days.


Marketing

The Marketing dashboard provides a summary of your Google Analytics and Google Ads results for a selected time period. This dashboard provides valuable insights in relation to where your leads are coming from, as well as keeping you informed about advertising cost per lead conversion.
